‍Set in a beautiful valley in the sun-drenched Algarve region of Portugal, what is also known as Europe’s Healthiest Playground, has completely changed the ‘health retreat’ game. The way this stunning space has been designed means that whatever your idea of a health retreat may be and whatever your individual wants/needs are, you get to create a truly personalised retreat experience during your stay.

If you simply want to detox and relax, take a mindful yoga class, indulge in the breathtaking Escape Spa*, grab a towel and hit the beach, sweat it out in the sauna, take a dip in the lake or unwind in the relaxation pool, you can. However, if you want to be super active, head to the Sports Zone for some tennis, padel and pickleball. Or maybe you’d prefer to hit the running track, have a kick about on the football pitch, swim some lengths in the 25-metre pool, work out in the indoor or outdoor gym, join a game of volleyball, or take a spin or rebounding class—the choice is yours.

Everything about Juicy Escape reflects our EveryBODY welcome ethos. It’s a place where you can be your true, authentic self without fear of judgment. A place where neither size, shape or age matters. It’s a community where people come together with a shared goal; to improve their mental and physical well-being—and have an AMAZING time doing it!

Naturally, as with all of our retreats, the finest freshly extracted juices play a massive role in helping you to achieve rapid, healthy weight loss and improve your overall health. However, for the very first time, we’ve introduced bowl food. Of course, a pure juice-only option is still available, but given the amount of activity most people will do whilst at Juicy Escape—and the joy when you gather and connect over food—a delicious, healthy and wholesome evening meal has made it to the main menu!

Building Juicy Escape has been a long and challenging journey. However, I am beyond proud and excited to finally open the doors and welcome you all to Europe’s Healthiest Playground! I cannot wait to see you there!
