To ensure you feel fully fuelled throughout your 7-day journey with us, we offer two plant-based programmes. Our default, Pure Fuel Plan includes three satiating juices/blends throughout the day, followed by a delicious and wholesome 'bowl food' meal in the evening. It’s the perfect balance of nourishment and satisfaction. Alternatively, our Pure Juice Plan provides four nutrient-packed, revitalising juices/blends each day for those who prefer a full liquid cleanse.

Juicy Escape isn't just about high-energy games and sports. There's plenty of time to slow down and recharge, with daily yoga, meditation, invigorating morning walks and indulgent treatments at our extraordinary Escape Spa.
