How can I arrange a transfer?

What is the cost of transfers?

Final details will be confirmed closer to the retreat opening. For guidance, a taxi costs around €75–€85 each way. We plan to offer group transfers with better rates than individual taxis

If I drive, is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the retreat and does not need to be reserved. We also have EV charging points—just remember to bring the appropriate cable and any necessary adapters.

Can I book for less than 7 days?

Our retreat weeks are a mind and body 'journey'. Bookings are generally between 7 and 14 days, with Saturday arrival to Saturday departure. However, if you need to arrive later or leave early, you can. Please note that we do not offer discounts for shorter stays.

Will returning guests or those booking two or more weeks get a discount?

Juice Master Retreats offers a loyalty Retreat Reward system across all three of our retreats.

Returning guests will receive a room credit equivalent to 5% of their retreat booking price.

Do guests who have previously stayed at Juicy Oasis/Juicy Mountain get a discount?

Our Retreat Reward loyalty system operates across all three of our retreats (see previous question for further details). Retreat Reward credit must be used during the stay in which it is earned. Any unused credit cannot be carried over to future visits.

Do I need to pay in full when booking?

Yes.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

Payments are in euros. Will I be charged a transaction fee?

All prices and payments are in euros (€). Any GBP (£) figures shown are based on the average exchange rate. Your bank/card provider may charge a ’non-sterling' transaction fee if you pay with a non-EUR card/account. We do not add any 'non-sterling' currency fees or receive any of these funds. To avoid bank exchange rates/fees, we recommend paying from a bank account or with a card that doesn’t charge 'non-sterling' currency fees. Alternatively, we can send you a secure link for payment, where you will not encounter these fees.

The dates I want aren't available yet — can I join a waiting list?

Of course! Simply drop an email escape@juicemasterretreats.com detailing the week you’re looking to book, and we will contact you when new weeks are released.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your booking is confirmed, you have a 24-hour ‘cooling-off’ period during which you must notify us by email to cancel and receive a full refund.

After this period, the following conditions will apply: A full refund minus 5% admin charge (based on the total cost of the room) will be provided for all cancellations up to 90 days before the start day of the booked retreat.
A 50%* refund will be provided on cancellations between 60-89 days before the start date of the booked retreat.
A 30%* refund will be provided on cancellations between 30-59 days before the start date of the booked retreat.
‍No refund/credit will be provided for cancellations made between 29 and 0 days before the start date of the booked retreat.
‍No refund/credit will be provided for premature departure from the retreat or failure to arrive for any reason.

*Percentages are reflective of the full booking price.

I'm travelling alone — can I share a room with another guest?

We do not offer room sharing with strangers. All our rooms are available for single occupancy, and our rates for solo travellers have been thoughtfully set with a 20–25% discount to make your stay even more enjoyable.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Are all accommodations air-conditioned?

Yes.

Does every room have an en-suite toilet?

Yes.

Is the retreat accessible for guests with mobility needs?

Yes, we offer a designated accessible Wave with an open-plan bathroom designed to accommodate a wheelchair. Although some of the terrain may be a little challenging, we have golf buggies, and we will support guests with mobility issues in any way we can.

Are toiletries provided?

Yes. We’ve partnered with the beautiful Portuguese brand Oliófora, whose products are made primarily from locally grown ingredients. They cold-press raw nuts, seeds, and plants to extract their natural oils, allowing you to nourish your skin and hair with some of nature’s finest, oil-enriched products during your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, moisturiser, and bubble bath are all provided.

Is there a fridge in my room, and do you offer room service?

Room service is not available. However, all accommodations are equipped with fridges, and we offer a selection of cold, healthy drinks, as well as a fridge refilling service for an additional charge.

Is Juicy Escape a juice-only retreat?

To ensure you feel fully fuelled throughout your 7-day journey with us, we offer two plant-based programmes. Our highly recommended Pure Fuel Plan includes three satiating juices/blends throughout the day, followed by a delicious and wholesome 'bowl food' meal in the evening. It’s the perfect balance of nourishment and satisfaction. Alternatively, our Pure Juice Plan provides four nutrient-packed, revitalising juices/blends each day for those who prefer a full liquid cleanse.

Can you cater for dietary restrictions or allergies?

The default plan is plant-based. If you have any other allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know before you stay, and we will always aim to accommodate these.

Will food, snacks, or drinks be available to purchase on-site?

The Juicy Shop, located next to reception, will be well stocked with high-quality, natural energy bars and thirst-quenching healthy drinks, should you need anything extra. You'll also find complimentary water and natural tea stations throughout the retreat.

Are supplements included?

Many of the blends contain additional supplements, such as wheatgrass, spirulina, vegan protein powder and creatine.

Will you be running a 'Saturday Kitchen’ like at Juicy Oasis

Yes! Every Saturday, we will serve healthy salads and delicious bowl food.

What does a typical day look like?

No two days are exactly the same, as we adapt the plan to the time of year and weather conditions. However, typically you will start the day with a guided walk/ramble, followed by group yoga and a fitness or spin class. There is a break during the day to use the facilities and relax. In the afternoon, we usually start with volleyball, rebounding, or another fitness session, followed by the final yoga session of the day. Juices/blends are served around 10:30, 13:30, and 16:30, followed by bowl food at around 19:30. In the evenings (and sometimes during the day), we will show a film in the cinema.

Do I need to take part in every activity?

All the activities are totally optional, and you can join in with everything or simply spend the week relaxing by the pool. The choice is yours, and no one is judging.

I'm not very sporty — will that be a problem?

Absolutely not, this is your retreat experience. While we will always support and encourage you to try new things if you want to, everything is entirely optional.

Do I need to pre-book classes?

Initially, classes won't need to be pre-booked. However, this may change depending on demand.

Do tennis, padel, and pickleball courts need to be reserved in advance?

Yes. We will operate a booking system to reserve courts.

What equipment is in the gym?

The gym is equipped with the latest Life Fitness machines and Hammer Strength equipment, as well as a versatile rig and a bunch of other kit for you to play with. Central to the gym is a 4m x 4m boxing ring, complete with punch bags and swing seats, so you can break a sweat on your own or have a gentle spar with a willing opponent!

Will you offer personal training or one-to-one sessions in yoga, tennis, padel or pickleball?

We will be offering one-to-one fitness and yoga sessions (subject to availability), and we hope also to provide private racket lessons with a local coach.

What are the opening hours of the facilities?

We want you to enjoy the facilities whenever you like, so the outdoor relaxation pool, 25-metre lane swimming pool, outdoor sauna, hot pool, ice plunge, and gym are available 24/7—only closing if maintenance is required. The Escape Spa and Juicy Shop are open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the retreat and in all the bedrooms.

Is there a laundry service?

In your bedroom, you’ll find a laundry bag for either colours or whites. Simply fill the bag, and our meticulous housekeeping team will wash, dry, and return your items as quickly as possible. The charge for this service is €24 per bag. Please ensure that only items suitable for washing at 40°C and tumble drying are included.

What will be available in the Juicy Shop?

There will be a range of clothing and sports items, as well as bottles, flasks, sunglasses, tennis and padel balls, notepads, beach towels, sarongs, Oliófora natural skin/haircare products, and other retreat-related items.

Will I have the chance to explore the local area?

If you'd like to explore the local area, this is entirely your choice, and we'll help with booking a taxi.

Is spa access included during my stay?

When you book a treatment, we want your visit to be more than just the treatment itself. Our aim is for you to relax, indulge in our beautiful facilities, and truly unwind in a calm, peaceful environment that is never overcrowded. For this reason, Escape Spa access is primarily reserved for guests who have booked treatments*, to ensure a tranquil and rejuvenating experience.

‍Spa use is included for the entire day of your treatment, with unlimited re-entry. Each day, we also release a limited number of spa passes for non-treatment guests.

For spa passes, you can choose between a morning session (09:00–15:00) or an afternoon session (15:00–21:00). Both options allow you to come and go as you please during your session. Spa passes are €60 per person, and we strongly recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

What treatments are available?

The Escape Spa is equipped with 12 treatment rooms and 2 colonic hydrotherapy rooms. We will offer traditional massages and facials, as well as a range of other treatments, including couples massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, Vichy shower, rainforest massage, and Thai massage. A full spa menu will soon be available.

How do I book a treatment?

You can pre-book treatments by contacting the Escape Spa team closer to the opening date at spa@juicyescape.com, or book in person once you arrive at the retreat

Can I change or cancel my treatment booking?

Yes, providing this is done up to 24 hours ahead of your booking. Any changes, cancellations, or no shows after this time will, unfortunately, result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged to your account.

What should I pack?

During the summer months, the weather can be very hot, while in winter, conditions can be pretty cold, so please pack accordingly*. Regardless of the season, whenever you are travelling, we highly recommend packing the following:

Lots of sports clothing (you can’t pack enough!).
Comfortable leggings and tops for yoga
Trainers for fitness classes and an older pair for walks that may get very dirty
Flip flops

Is Juicy Escape adults-only?

Juicy Escape is primarily an adult retreat, but we're happy to welcome mature young guests aged 14+. As our environment is centred on peace and relaxation, we ask that anyone bringing a teenager ensure this atmosphere is respected.

Are pets allowed?

No, except for trained assistance dogs for medical needs.

Can I come and use the facilities for the day without booking a stay?

We plan to introduce an Escape Day at some point in 2026, available exclusively on Saturdays, our changeover day. At all other times, the retreat remains a private sanctuary, reserved solely for guests on the 7-day retreat experience.

Will the fitness, yoga and managers from Juicy Oasis/Juicy Mountain be at Juicy Escape?

We will, of course, be required to expand our team, but you’ll still see plenty of familiar faces from our retreat team at Juicy Escape.

Will Jason be running any specific weeks?

When we initially launch, Jason will be heavily involved in the running of Juicy Escape, taking classes and giving talks. Throughout the year, he will run specific weeks, and if you’re on our database, you’ll be the first in the know!

I'm coming alone, can I book a shared room with a stranger?

Unfortunately we no longer offer this option at Juicy Oasis, due to a lack of demand and the logistic complexity of this with our online booking system. However if you would like to explore a room share option, please look at our rustic retreat in Turkey, where we offer the more affordable option to attend the retreat alone and share accommodation with another guest.

What happens throughout the week?

During the week we have a great variety of activities from yoga, meditation, circuit training, fitness sessions, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, mini re-bounding, runs; forest rambles (Nordic walking poles available); informational talks; juicing demonstration; inspirational documentaries and other activities such as a boat trip and bike hire. Is the Juicy Oasis Retreat a ‘juice only’ retreat?

Juicy Oasis is a Juice Only Retreat. All weeks throughout the season are based on a programme of four juices per day (or 3 x juices and 1 x soup in the winter months). We also have daily shots of either ginger, lemon & beetroot or fresh wheatgrass.

On Saturdays we open our ‘Juicy Cafe’ and on your final departure day we include a complimentary salad for you to enjoy. Some guests also choose to enjoy a salad on their arrival and these are available to purchase from the cafe. Please note the cafe and food menu is ONLY AVAILABLE on Saturdays between 12.00 - 17.00.

Are there any supplements in the juices?

Yes we include Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Superfood and Protein Powder in several of the juices.

Are the juices/smoothies based on the ‘7lbs in 7 days’ programme?

Many of the juices/smoothies at the retreat are taken from the best selling ‘7lbs in 7 days’ book. However, unlike the book, there are four juices/smoothies per day and some of the recipes are omitted/replaced with other recipes.

Please note: we offer a standard juice plan to all guests and do not offer bespoke or tailored juices. We are able to cater for allergies by omitting certain ingredients from recipes, please just let our team know of any intolerances/allergies upon booking.

Can I book on for more than one week?

Yes, of course! Guests are welcome to book for extended stays. We recommend a maximum of four weeks. Guests booking consecutive weeks will receive a 5% Retreat Rewards room credit.

Do I need to pay the full amount for the retreat immediately?

No - if time allows, (more than 10 weeks ahead of a retreat week) we can take an initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment of £400 per person, per week, to secure the booking.

The remaining balance would need to be settled by six weeks before travel. Your place is only booked and secured once payment has been submitted and cleared. We accept all major credit and debit cards, (apart from American Express), bank transfer and PayPal payment.

How do I arrange the transfer?

Transfers from Lisbon airport to the retreat and back are available at an additional cost from our 3rd party transfer company. You can either book an ‘Any time Transfer’ to meet your specific flight arrival and departure times or you can opt for our ‘Group Transfers’ which run throughout the day on Saturdays between the airport and the retreat.

Please remember from the time your flight lands, you need to allow around 45 minutes to disembark; collect any luggage; get from the plane to the arrival hall; get through passport control and maybe use the toilet or buy a drink.

Please allow 1.45 – 2 hours for the transfer and we also advise a minimum of 2 hours at the airport prior to your returning flight to allow for security (this could be increased due to Covid) and passport control. Therefore please leave a minimum of 3.45 hours before your flight departure when selecting your return transfer from the retreat to Lisbon airport.

**Please note, we do not recommend to book any flights until your booking is confirmed directly with our team and you have received your full booking confirmation.

Once you have booked your flights, please confirm which transfer you would like to book onto and provide us with your flight number and arrival time.

Please note when booking transfers, that all of our transfers (GROUP and PRIVATE ANY TIME) can accommodate 1 x suitcase and 1 x one hand luggage bag per guest only. If you are planning on bringing more baggage than this, please inform our team prior to booking transfers as you may require a larger vehicle which may incur additional costs. If you do not inform us, we cannot guarantee that the vehicle will be large enough for both guests and baggage; it will be up to you to make alternative arrangements and you will still be charged for the transfer booked.

How much is the transfer?

The cost of the group transfer with the 3rd party transfer company is £85 each way (£170 return) per person. A taxi can cost considerably more and the retreat can be hard to find, as it is situated in a fairly remote area. Please note that the ‘Group Transfers’ only run on Saturdays and the times are below: If you would like transfers outside of these times or prefer a transfer to be waiting for you on arrival, then please request an ‘Any-Time’ transfer which run on any day/any time and are £220 for the vehicle for the one way journey (1- 3 people) or £275 (4 – 5 people) to and from Lisbon Airport only. Any other collection or drop off point in Lisbon will incur an additional charge of: Executive car 1 – 3 guests £30, Minivan 4 – 5 guests £40. Bespoke transfer quotes to other locations in Portugal are available upon request.

What do I need to pack?

You will get through a lot of sports clothes, so please pack plenty. Trainers are essential for walks and exercising. The mornings and evenings from September – June could be cooler, so please pack a jumper and also a lightweight waterproof. The retreat is very casual so no need to pack anything ‘smart’. We also recommend that you pack a water bottle however, these will also be available to purchase in the shop.

What is the accommodation like?

Juicy Oasis is designed as a luxury retreat. All rooms include air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, safe, blackout curtains, robes, toiletries, a hairdryer (excluding Eco Pod) and pool towel. For more information including photos of the rooms visit the bookings page.

Please note; there is free wi-fi available across the retreat, but due to the remote location of the retreat, this can be quite patchy in places and a little temperamental at times. That said, most guests find it fine for general web browsing, email etc.

Can I book days to go sightseeing and shopping?

The retreat is held in a fairly remote part of Portugal and is about 20 minutes away from the Sertã village. The idea is that you do not leave the retreat, as you are submerged in a mind and body cleanse, however if you really want to get to the village for whatever reason, we can arrange a transfer for you (cost to be advised at time of booking). We do organise a boat trip to a local orangery during the week (depending on the season) which is a wonderful opportunity to see a little more of Portugal.

If I can’t arrive on Saturday can I still join the retreat?

Yes. Your room will however be booked for the whole week, so regardless of when you arrive you will still need to pay for the whole week. You would also be required to have an any-time transfer.

When can I arrive?

You can arrive at the retreat on Saturday from 16.00pm, however if you have an earlier flight then transfers are available with the 3rd party transfer company from 11.30am and you are welcome to use the on-site facilities until your room becomes available.

Are there any medical staff on site?

Our Juicy Oasis Retreat is essentially a leisure retreat. Please be aware we are not a medical facility and have no medical staff on site. Our retreats are juicing, fitness and yoga retreats and are not equipped to care for guests in need of medical attention.

Our weeks are designed to help cleanse out the mind and body and give you the opportunity to leave the retreat feeling, lighter, refreshed and alive. The retreat offers a nutritious plan which is fuelling the body at a cellular level, which helps to balance many things. This helps to gain energy levels and enjoy the opportunity to try out activities and meet like-minded people.

We ask that our guests with medical conditions to consult with their doctor prior to booking a stay at our retreat. For guests currently under medical supervision they must provide a Doctor’s certificate, confirming fitness to travel and take part in the retreat. Guests are also required to agree to our full terms and conditions prior to their stay, which states that they accept full responsibility for their own health. Although we have had people attend with a variety of ailments and have found their time to be really beneficial, we can offer no guarantees for ‘curing’ or ‘helping’ any medical conditions.

Can children attend the retreat?

Our policy is that children aged 14 or over can attend the retreat. However it is fundamentally an ‘adult’ environment where people have come to relax and unwind, so it is important that anyone thinking about bringing their ‘child’ respects this.

Is Travel Insurance included?

No, please arrange to purchase this cover independently.

How can I pay?

We accept debit/credit card payments, PayPal payment or BAC’s transfers (call or email our team for more details). We do not accept American Express or Laser cards.

Are flights included in the cost?

No. You will need to source and pay for your flights separately. We do not recommend to book any flights, even when booking online, until your booking has been confirmed by a member of the team.

How long is the transfer from the airport to the retreat?

The transfer from Lisbon airport to the retreat will take around 1hour 45mins.

Is there parking and electric car charging at Juicy Oasis?

We have ample complimentary parking for our guests. For electric car's we have a charging socket right next to the Reception. Please ensure you have the suitable charging cable and adaptors if required with you and the team will be able to assist upon arrival.

Would there be any reason for me not to be allowed at the Retreat?

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings (or any accompanying guests) or ask you (or any accompanying guests) to leave the retreat if we deem your actions or behaviour unacceptable or offensive to others. This includes, but is not limited to; being intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, abusive, threatening, racist or inciting acts of violence either verbally, written or in person.

I'm coming alone, can I booked a shared room with a stranger?

Room and tent share accommodations are open for booking, about 75% of our guests who book alone opt for a room share option, tent space may be a little intimate for unknown guests share. Often like-minded guests book to join our Retreats.

Triple room shares would need to be booked between known guests only at any time. This is because the space can again be a little intimate for 3 members to share a room together.

What happens through the week?

During the week we have a great variety of activities from traditional yoga; ashtanga yoga, meditation, circuit training, fitness sessions, volleyball, mini re-bounding, runs; forest rambles (Nordic poles available); informative talks; juicing demonstration; inspirational documentaries and other activities depending on the week such as star gazing or mind mapping.

What does a typical day offer?

You will live on juices, smoothies, herbal tea’s, water and maybe some whole fruit in the week. A typical day could start as early as 6am for some meditation, followed by some classical rebounding. This may be followed by your first superfood shot and then onto a walk, run or ramble. After this the first juice and then maybe a Yoga class. You may then have a break and juice and then circuits, rebounding, body pump etc.. and this goes on until the early evening. In the evening you can join the group for the inspirational movies/documentary viewing, star gazing or other activities, or just relax in your room.

Is the Juicy Mountain Retreat a ‘juice only’ retreat?

The whole season is based on a juice only programme. The first couple of weeks and last two of weeks of the season will be changed to three juices/smoothies and an evening soup if the evenings cool down. All other weeks throughout the season are based on a programme of four juices/smoothies per day. You will have access to unlimited water and herbal tea during your stay.

Are the juices/smoothies based on the ‘7lbs in 7 days’ programme?

The juices and smoothies recipes have been taken from a range of Jason’s books and include many more supplements such as wheatgrass, spirulina and protein powder. This also then offers more variety of juices across the week.

Can I book on for more than one week?

Yes. Many people book to stay at the retreat for 2 consecutive weeks and achieve excellent results. We recommend a maximum of three weeks at the Juicy Mountain Retreat. A consecutive weeks booking discount is available.

Do I need to pay the full amount for the retreat immediately?

No, we can take an initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment of £400 to secure your booking. The remaining balance will need to be settled by eight weeks before travel. Your place is not booked/secured until a payment has been submitted and cleared.

If I pay in instalments is there any additional charge?

If you would like to spread the payment out into instalments then you may do this. An initial deposit of £400 would be required to secure the space, with the balance due to be settled by weeks before travel. We accept all major credit and debit cards, just not American Express.

How can I pay?

We accept debit/credit card payments, cheques’ made payable to Juice Master Ltd, bankers drafts or BAC’s transfers (call team for bank details). We do not accept American Express or Laser cards.

Is there a returning guest loyalty system?

At Juice Master Retreats, we offer a very unique loyalty reward system across all of our retreats.
As a returning guest or a new guest booking two or more consecutive weeks, you will receive a Retreat Reward room credit equal to 5% of your room booking.

How much is the Accommodation Tax?

As of January 2023, the Turkish government introduced a 2% accommodation tax, this equates to between £12 - £25 per person per week depending on which accommodation option guests book and is payable at the retreat. This gets paid direct to the owner of the retreat.

For all bookings from January 2024 Juice Master will pay the Accommodation tax for all guests, so there will be no additional charges to you on this, once in Turkey.

Which is the nearest airport to Juicy Mountain retreat?

Dalaman airport, Turkey is the nearest and where the transfers can be arranged from and to with us.

When can I arrive?

You can arrive at the retreat on Saturday from 4.30pm (16.30hrs), however if you have an earlier flight, we can arrange a transfer from the airport to the local fishing village of Gocek. We will then collect you from the village and transfer you to the retreat between 4pm – 4.30pm (16.00hrs – 16.30hrs). We would like you to arrive before 11pm (23.00hrs) if possible. Clients landing after 10.00pm (22.00hrs) will still be collected from the airport, and the Manager will show you to your accommodations swiftly so you can get rest for the next days start. Transfers outside of Saturdays, between 10am to 10pm (10.00hrs - 22.00hrs) may incur extra charges to the stnadard transfer rates.

What time is check out?

Check Out - We kindly ask that guests vacate their accommodation by 12.00hrs and leave the retreat by 14.00hrs. This allows the team just enough time to get the rooms and retreat clean and ready for the arriving guests. If guests have a flask and would like a take away juice, then this can be arranged. The village of Gocek is beautiful and full of wonderful cafes serving fresh food, so if guests are on later flights they can enjoy some time in the village and a healthy meal before the onward journey.

Do I Need A VISA?

From 2 March 2020, British nationals travelling for tourism or business purposes will no longer need a visa to enter Turkey for visits of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Any non UK Citizens will still need to obtain a Visa through the usual steps. As these rules may change from time to time, please also check here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/turkey/entry-requirements for any updates before you travel to Turkey.

The official e-Visa website for Turkey is: www.evisa.gov.tr. Be wary of using unauthorised websites, as these may charge additional fees for supplying information and submitting applications. Some unauthorised websites have also issued fake e-Visas. What Passport Validity is Needed to Travel to Turkey?

We advise all guests travelling from all countries to please consult your local government/flight provider requirements regarding passport validity and ensure you have enough time remaining on your passport prior to travel. (There have been significant changes for UK guests travelling to Europe since Brexit, so please ensure you are not caught out by these new regulations, as most travel insurers will not cover your trip for these reasons). Please don’t rely on the expiry date printed on your passport, as the expiry date on your passport may be inaccurate. Further details may be available on the .gov website for travel and passport validity.

Are flights included in the cost?

No. You will need to source and pay for your flights separately. Many agents run flights to Dalaman airport from Saturday to Saturday. Try www.travelsupermarket.com as an example where numerous flights can be sourced and at some great rates.

How long is the transfer from the airport to the retreat?

The transfer from Dalaman airport to the retreat will take around 45 minutes.

How long will I need to wait for my transfer?

Scheduled transfers will usually be waiting to collect you at the airport soon after you have landed. If you are on a shared scheduled transfer and depending on the flight arrival time, clients may need to wait approximately 45 mins for the transfer to leave.

How do I arrange the transfer?

We book and organise the transfers for 98% of our guests and this means we can offer them at a reduced rate. These must be booked prior to arriving at the Retreat. We will provide details to book your transfers with our trusted 3rd party transfer agents. They will arrange to meet you at the airport and transfer you to/from the retreat at the start and end of your stay. The transfer can run to and from Gocek too. Once booked, you have up to 72 hours before the start date of your retreat to cancel for a full refund. After this point however, we cannot refund pre-booked transfers as these are booked and paid to a 3rd party transfer company in advance.

A taxi will cost between £50 – £60 ONE WAY and they could likely get lost, as the retreat is fairly remote. If you wish to book your own transfers, please be aware check-in time is form 16.30hrs on the first Saturday, and checkout is by midday on the last Saturday.

Is there a spa at the Retreat or masseuse?

There is no spa at the retreat, however we do have a resident masseuse offering daily massage treatments. Details of massages with pricing will be available at the retreat. There is a fresh water pool and sauna at the retreat. Clients can book a Turkish bath experience (at an additional cost) which is not managed by Juice Master but can be organised and booked on request.

What do I need to pack?

You will get through a lot of sports clothes, so please pack plenty. Trainers are essential for walks and exercising. The mornings and evenings in April/May and Sept/Oct could be cooler, so please pack a jumper and also a lightweight waterproof. The retreat is very simple, rustic, and casual, so no need to pack anything ‘smart’.

There are nature sounds, local animals and the call of prayer that can be heard across the Retreat. Please bring ear-plugs if you wish to block these out during any part of your stay.

What is the accommodation like?

The accommodation is traditionally Turkish and is fairly simple and rustic with showers in all bathrooms, but no baths. None of the rooms are equipped with TV’s as we believe it is important to get away from TV whilst you are on the retreat, so you can experience a full mind and body detox. If you have been to Juicy Oasis please be aware the programme is the same, but this retreat is not as luxurious as Portugal's Retreat. The surrounding nature at this resort is stunning and clients have commented it offers a more spiritual feel at this location.

Can I book days to go sightseeing and shopping?

The retreat is held in a fairly remote part of Turkey and is about 30 – 40 minutes away from the nearest village. The idea is that you do not leave the retreat, as you are submerged in a mind and body detox, however if you really want to get to the village for what ever reason, we can arrange a transfer for you (cost to be advised at time of booking). We do organise a boat trip during the week which is a wonderful opportunity to see a little more of Turkey and spend some time on a traditional Turkish Gullet. Clients can book the Turkish boat experience (at an additional cost) which is not managed by Juice Master, but can be organised and booked on request.

If I can’t arrive on Saturday can I still join the retreat?

Yes. Your room will however be booked for the whole week, so regardless of when you arrive you will still need to pay for the whole week. Transfers can be organised on days outside of Saturday at an extra charge.

Can children attend the retreat?

Our policy is that children aged 14 or over can attend the retreat, however it is fundamentally an ‘adult’ environment where people have come to relax and unwind, so it is important that anyone thinking about bringing their ‘child’ respects this. We cannot always guarantee to accept all requests and will assess per enquiry.

What are the tents like?

We have quality English made canvas ‘Bell Tents’ www.belltent.co.uk that are 4 m in diameter and pitched on wooden decking for extra comfort. Each tent can accommodate a single or twin/double booking with plenty of room to sleep, store luggage and move around. All tents have raised divan beds, duvets, pillows and towels. Tent guests share washing facilities which comprise of 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets, allowing for extra comfort facilities. Warm water should be readily available but can vary across the season. Wheat packs can be supplied to tent guests for the cooler nights during the early and end part of the season (unless you wish to bring your own). We will provide a facility to warm these up. Is there Wifi at the Retreat?

There is free Wi-Fi at the resort, although only in the communal area's. The connection can be a little intermittent as we are in a remote location. If you need to stay connected, contact your service provider to arrange getting data added in advance, or you may be able to buy a local SIM in the village if you have a dual SIM and unlocked phone.

For an enhanced mind and body cleanse, many guests prefer to reduce online time. Please also be mindful of guests coming to the Retreat to disconnect from the outside world, and working environments if you are using the Wi-Fi in the communal areas.
