‍Directions: Leave the A22 at junction 17 and join the ER125. Then join the N125 towards Faro. Take the M1251 (to the right), and Juicy Escape is along this road on the left.

How long is the transfer from the nearest airport?

The transfer from Faro airport takes approximately 45 - 50 minutes.

How can I arrange a transfer?

Please contact us nearer the time of the retreat opening, when we will have confirmed transfer options.

What is the cost of transfers?

Final details will be confirmed closer to the retreat opening. For guidance, a taxi costs around €75–€85 each way. We plan to offer group transfers with better rates than individual taxis

If I drive, is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the retreat and does not need to be reserved. We also have EV charging points—just remember to bring the appropriate cable and any necessary adapters.

What isn't included in my stay?

* Daily complimentary spa access is included for all Wow Wave, Bubble Wave, and Woodland Suite guests. While general spa access is primarily reserved for guests enjoying treatments, all guests can still relax and unwind in the outdoor relaxation pool, 25-metre lane swimming pool, outdoor hot pool, spacious loft sauna, and invigorating plunge pool

Can I book for less than 7 days?

Our retreat weeks are a mind and body 'journey'. Bookings are generally between 7 and 14 days, with Saturday arrival to Saturday departure. However, if you need to arrive later or leave early, you can. Please note that we do not offer discounts for shorter stays.

Will returning guests or those booking two or more weeks get a discount?

Juice Master Retreats offers a loyalty Retreat Reward system across all three of our retreats.

Returning guests will receive a room credit equivalent to 5% of their retreat booking price.

- Retreat Reward credit is non-refundable.

- Returning guest discount and Retreat Reward room credits do not apply in conjunction with any other offer.

Do guests who have previously stayed at Juicy Oasis/Juicy Mountain get a discount?

Our Retreat Reward loyalty system operates across all three of our retreats (see previous question for further details). Retreat Reward credit must be used during the stay in which it is earned. Any unused credit cannot be carried over to future visits.

Do I need to pay in full when booking?

Yes.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

Payments are in euros. Will I be charged a transaction fee?

All prices and payments are in euros (€). Any GBP (£) figures shown are based on the average exchange rate. Your bank/card provider may charge a ’non-sterling' transaction fee if you pay with a non-EUR card/account. We do not add any 'non-sterling' currency fees or receive any of these funds. To avoid bank exchange rates/fees, we recommend paying from a bank account or with a card that doesn’t charge 'non-sterling' currency fees. Alternatively, we can send you a secure link for payment, where you will not encounter these fees.

The dates I want aren't available yet — can I join a waiting list?

Of course! Simply drop an email escape@juicemasterretreats.com detailing the week you’re looking to book, and we will contact you when new weeks are released.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your booking is confirmed, you have a 24-hour ‘cooling-off’ period during which you must notify us by email to cancel and receive a full refund.

After this period, the following conditions will apply: A full refund minus 5% admin charge (based on the total cost of the room) will be provided for all cancellations up to 90 days before the start day of the booked retreat.
A 50%* refund will be provided on cancellations between 60-89 days before the start date of the booked retreat.
A 30%* refund will be provided on cancellations between 30-59 days before the start date of the booked retreat.
‍No refund/credit will be provided for cancellations made between 29 and 0 days before the start date of the booked retreat.
‍No refund/credit will be provided for premature departure from the retreat or failure to arrive for any reason.

*Percentages are reflective of the full booking price.

I'm travelling alone — can I share a room with another guest?

We do not offer room sharing with strangers. All our rooms are available for single occupancy, and our rates for solo travellers have been thoughtfully set with a 20–25% discount to make your stay even more enjoyable.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Are all accommodations air-conditioned?

Yes.

Does every room have an en-suite toilet?

Yes.

Is the retreat accessible for guests with mobility needs?

Yes, we offer a designated accessible Wave with an open-plan bathroom designed to accommodate a wheelchair. Although some of the terrain may be a little challenging, we have golf buggies, and we will support guests with mobility issues in any way we can.

Are toiletries provided?

Yes. We’ve partnered with the beautiful Portuguese brand Oliófora, whose products are made primarily from locally grown ingredients. They cold-press raw nuts, seeds, and plants to extract their natural oils, allowing you to nourish your skin and hair with some of nature’s finest, oil-enriched products during your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, moisturiser, and bubble bath are all provided.

Is there a fridge in my room, and do you offer room service?

Room service is not available. However, all accommodations are equipped with fridges, and we offer a selection of cold, healthy drinks, as well as a fridge refilling service for an additional charge.

Is Juicy Escape a juice-only retreat?

To ensure you feel fully fuelled throughout your 7-day journey with us, we offer two plant-based programmes. Our highly recommended Pure Fuel Plan includes three satiating juices/blends throughout the day, followed by a delicious and wholesome 'bowl food' meal in the evening. It’s the perfect balance of nourishment and satisfaction. Alternatively, our Pure Juice Plan provides four nutrient-packed, revitalising juices/blends each day for those who prefer a full liquid cleanse.

Can you cater for dietary restrictions or allergies?

The default plan is plant-based. If you have any other allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know before you stay, and we will always aim to accommodate these.

Will food, snacks, or drinks be available to purchase on-site?

The Juicy Shop, located next to reception, will be well stocked with high-quality, natural energy bars and thirst-quenching healthy drinks, should you need anything extra. You'll also find complimentary water and natural tea stations throughout the retreat.

Are supplements included?

Many of the blends contain additional supplements, such as wheatgrass, spirulina, vegan protein powder and creatine.

Will you be running a 'Saturday Kitchen’ like at Juicy Oasis

Yes! Every Saturday, we will serve healthy salads and delicious bowl food.

What does a typical day look like?

No two days are exactly the same, as we adapt the plan to the time of year and weather conditions. However, typically you will start the day with a guided walk/ramble, followed by group yoga and a fitness or spin class. There is a break during the day to use the facilities and relax. In the afternoon, we usually start with volleyball, rebounding, or another fitness session, followed by the final yoga session of the day. Juices/blends are served around 10:30, 13:30, and 16:30, followed by bowl food at around 19:30. In the evenings (and sometimes during the day), we will show a film in the cinema.

Do I need to take part in every activity?

All the activities are totally optional, and you can join in with everything or simply spend the week relaxing by the pool. The choice is yours, and no one is judging.

I'm not very sporty — will that be a problem?

Absolutely not, this is your retreat experience. While we will always support and encourage you to try new things if you want to, everything is entirely optional.

Do I need to pre-book classes?

Initially, classes won't need to be pre-booked. However, this may change depending on demand.

Do tennis, padel, and pickleball courts need to be reserved in advance?

Yes. We will operate a booking system to reserve courts.

What equipment is in the gym?

The gym is equipped with the latest Life Fitness machines and Hammer Strength equipment, as well as a versatile rig and a bunch of other kit for you to play with. Central to the gym is a 4m x 4m boxing ring, complete with punch bags and swing seats, so you can break a sweat on your own or have a gentle spar with a willing opponent!

Will you offer personal training or one-to-one sessions in yoga, tennis, padel or pickleball?

We will be offering one-to-one fitness and yoga sessions (subject to availability), and we hope also to provide private racket lessons with a local coach.

What are the opening hours of the facilities?

We want you to enjoy the facilities whenever you like, so the outdoor relaxation pool, 25-metre lane swimming pool, outdoor sauna, hot pool, ice plunge, and gym are available 24/7—only closing if maintenance is required. The Escape Spa and Juicy Shop are open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the retreat and in all the bedrooms.

Is there a laundry service?

In your bedroom, you’ll find a laundry bag for either colours or whites. Simply fill the bag, and our meticulous housekeeping team will wash, dry, and return your items as quickly as possible. The charge for this service is €24 per bag. Please ensure that only items suitable for washing at 40°C and tumble drying are included.

What will be available in the Juicy Shop?

There will be a range of clothing and sports items, as well as bottles, flasks, sunglasses, tennis and padel balls, notepads, beach towels, sarongs, Oliófora natural skin/haircare products, and other retreat-related items.

Will I have the chance to explore the local area?

If you'd like to explore the local area, this is entirely your choice, and we'll help with booking a taxi.

Is spa access included during my stay?

When you book a treatment, we want your visit to be more than just the treatment itself. Our aim is for you to relax, indulge in our beautiful facilities, and truly unwind in a calm, peaceful environment that is never overcrowded. For this reason, Escape Spa access is primarily reserved for guests who have booked treatments*, to ensure a tranquil and rejuvenating experience.

‍Spa use is included for the entire day of your treatment, with unlimited re-entry. Each day, we also release a limited number of spa passes for non-treatment guests.

For spa passes, you can choose between a morning session (09:00–15:00) or an afternoon session (15:00–21:00). Both options allow you to come and go as you please during your session. Spa passes are €60 per person, and we strongly recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

What treatments are available?

The Escape Spa is equipped with 12 treatment rooms and 2 colonic hydrotherapy rooms. We will offer traditional massages and facials, as well as a range of other treatments, including couples massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, Vichy shower, rainforest massage, and Thai massage. A full spa menu will soon be available.

How do I book a treatment?

You can pre-book treatments by contacting the Escape Spa team closer to the opening date at spa@juicyescape.com, or book in person once you arrive at the retreat

Can I change or cancel my treatment booking?

Yes, providing this is done up to 24 hours ahead of your booking. Any changes, cancellations, or no shows after this time will, unfortunately, result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged to your account.

What should I pack?

During the summer months, the weather can be very hot, while in winter, conditions can be pretty cold, so please pack accordingly*. Regardless of the season, whenever you are travelling, we highly recommend packing the following:

Lots of sports clothing (you can’t pack enough!).
Comfortable leggings and tops for yoga
Trainers for fitness classes and an older pair for walks that may get very dirty
Flip flops
Bikini/swimsuit/trunks
Sun lotion/mosquito spray
Caps/sunglasses
In the winter months, when rain is possible, please pack a raincoat

Is Juicy Escape adults-only?

Juicy Escape is primarily an adult retreat, but we're happy to welcome mature young guests aged 14+. As our environment is centred on peace and relaxation, we ask that anyone bringing a teenager ensure this atmosphere is respected.

Are pets allowed?

No, except for trained assistance dogs for medical needs.

Can I come and use the facilities for the day without booking a stay?

We plan to introduce an Escape Day at some point in 2026, available exclusively on Saturdays, our changeover day. At all other times, the retreat remains a private sanctuary, reserved solely for guests on the 7-day retreat experience.

Will the fitness, yoga and managers from Juicy Oasis/Juicy Mountain be at Juicy Escape?

We will, of course, be required to expand our team, but you’ll still see plenty of familiar faces from our retreat team at Juicy Escape.

Will Jason be running any specific weeks?

When we initially launch, Jason will be heavily involved in the running of Juicy Escape, taking classes and giving talks. Throughout the year, he will run specific weeks, and if you’re on our database, you’ll be the first in the know!
