Our yoga space is a purpose-built, air-conditioned studio, set in an elevated position of the retreat. The studio has floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the rolling hills and beautiful countryside beneath. The studio is equipped with Manduka pro mats (rated the best in the industry), cork blocks, foam bricks, bolsters, straps and blankets. We can achieve the perfect temperature inside the studio and maintain a beautiful air circulation via the huge ceiling-mounted fans. Outside, we have a natural lawn and deck area where practice will take place at certain times of the year, depending on the yoga teacher and weather. Yoga will be offered twice daily.

Rebounding will take place on our beautiful outdoor wooden platform. We’ve partnered with industry leaders, bellicon, manufacturers of the world’s BEST bungee-based rebounder. It’s the only rebounder Jason will use because it’s the best quality, gentle on the joints, and provides a smooth bounce. These sessions are so much fun, you won’t even realise you are exercising.

Volleyball has always been a highlight at our retreats, and Juicy Escape is no exception. Our beautiful court is complete with a protective net to keep the ball in play and minimise disruptions! Consider yourself a pro? Well, there’s volleyball….and then there’s Juice Master Retreats volleyball! So, get ready to learn our ‘retreat rules’, which are designed to keep the game interesting and the ball in play longer for those new to the game.
