Please find below our terms and conditions for joining us on any of our retreats. Please read them carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Our Positive Attitude Policy
We do everything we can to make your retreat experience a positive one. Living on nothing but fresh juice for 7 days can have its challenges and small things, like bad weather and going through a detox, can effect people negatively. By mid week the vast majority of people have got through any ‘detox’ symptoms and begin to feel the benefits of a juicing detox. Clearly this is an unusual ‘holiday’ and it will have its challenges at times. If you arrive with an open and positive mind the experience will be an enjoyable one.
Juice Master Retreat Cancellation/Refund Policy

No refund will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.
All retreat payments are due 6-8 weeks prior to start date unless otherwise specified. Clients whose balances are not received by the final 6 week deadline, risk forfeiting their retreat booking.
Split payments (deposits and all instalments) will incur a 2.5% administration fee to be added per transaction.
Use of credit or debit cards will not incur a surcharge if payments are cleared in full at the time of booking.
If you would like to change your booking week more than 59 days before the start date of your booked week, this may be possible, however this will incur a £100 administration charge per booking plus any difference in the rate of the new room booking (if applicable). If you are looking to change weeks less than 60 days before the start date of your booked week, the above cancellation policy will apply.
All final retreat payments are due 42-days prior to the start date of the booked retreat, unless otherwise specified. Clients whose balances are not received by the 42-day deadline, risk forfeiting their retreat booking. We will try and contact you via email and telephone, but if after 7 days we have not received any written communication from you and the balance payment has still not been received by this stage, your booking will be cancelled and any deposits and instalments paid will not be refunded.
Our right to refuse or cancel your booking
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking (or any accompanying guests) or ask you (or any accompanying guests) to leave the retreat if we deem your actions or behaviour unacceptable or offensive to others. This includes, but is not limited to; being intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, abusive, threatening, racist or inciting acts of violence either verbally, written or in person.
Making and Confirming Your Booking
Rooms are limited on our beautiful retreats and there are many possible room configurations. If in the very unlikely event the place has been double booked we can offer to move you to another week or refund the full amount. On receiving the confirmation email from our team, there will be full details of flight options, times to arrive and check out times provided. Please do not book your flight until your booking is confirmed.
Offers may also expire and change, which is why it’s important to book as soon as you can.
Your booking contract for the Retreat (not including flights or transfers unless booked with us) is with Juice Master Ltd, Thorneloe House, 25 Barbourne Road, Worcester, WR1 1RU, United Kingdom. For each booking made, the confirmation correspondence will be sent to you. You are required to complete and return the disclaimer on this correspondence in order for your booking to be classed as a valid contract. Failure to do so, will result in a risk of the booking being forfeited.
Once you have email confirmation of your booking you have a further 24hrs to cancel your booking and obtain a full refund. After this period our usual terms and conditions will apply.
Promotions and Discounts
If you have a promo code, please feel free to use it when you buy your place – subject to terms and conditions.
Discounts and supplements may vary from time to time. Juice Master Ltd can alter these from time to time.
Any promotions that offer ‘Gift Pack’ deals will require a shipping charge to be added for any items delivered to a non-mainland UK address. This shipping charge will be advised prior to the pack being sent.
Team Members & Classes
In the event of one of the team members becoming injured, ill or any emergency situation that forces them to leave the retreat, then this may impact on the retreat plan, in terms of the yoga or fitness classes or manager talks being cancelled. We will do whatever we can to adapt to the situation and reduce the impact this may have on your retreat experience, however we may not be able to get a substitute team member out. The retreat will continue to run however things will be adjusted to reflect the team situation. There will be no refunds or compensation to reflect the change in team situation.
If The Retreat Has To Close For Any Reason
If the retreat has to close for whatever reason we will inform you as soon as possible and we will hold all funds paid as a credit to be redeemed against a future retreat booking with us within 12 months of the retreat closure. Juicy Mountain will not pay for any loss with flights or other costs associated with travel to the retreat that may be lost as a result of the retreat closing.
Flights, Transfers & Visas
Flights must be booked independently although Juice Master representatives will be happy to advise and assist on which Travel agents to use (usually recommended by other client referrals or personal experience). Juice Master Ltd cannot be held liable for providing any referral details of Travel Agents should any problems arise. It is the client’s responsibility to decide on making an informed decision of where to book flights from.
Juice Master Limited use a specialist Independent 3rd Party Travel Agent in Turkey to source standard transfers from Dalaman airport to the resort and back. This company also provides transfers for our boat trip excursions. It is with a group we have trusted and worked with for several years now. The transfer team know what is required for our Retreats and offer reasonable rates via juice Master Limited. Speak to the team when the booking is being made if looking to add the transfers to your booking. Clients needing ‘any-time’ transfers on days other than Saturday (including the early hours of Saturday on arrival) will incur an added supplement charge. Clients who book transfers independently will need to take full responsibility for their travel. As a word of warning many transfer companies do not know where the Juicy Mountain retreat is located as is in a remote area, and people arriving on independent transfers often get lost and charged more for the journey.
From 2 March 2020, British nationals travelling for tourism or business purposes will no longer need a visa to enter Turkey for visits of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Any non UK Citizens will still need to obtain a Visa through the usual steps. As these rules may change from time to time, please also check here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/turkey/entry-requirements for any updates before you travel to Turkey.
The official e-Visa website for Turkey is: www.evisa.gov.tr. Be wary of using unauthorised websites, as these may charge additional fees for supplying information and submitting applications. Some unauthorised websites have also issued fake e-Visas. If you have any queries regarding e-Visas call the Visa Contact Centre (on https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/feedback/ details provided by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
Under the new Covid-19 travel regulations there may be procedures to follow for your journey to us such as wearing masks, supplying negative test results to the Covid-19 virus etc. Please check this with your travel agents and the Turkish Embassy prior to travelling to Turkey.
We advise all guests travelling from all countries to please consult your local government/flight provider requirements regarding passport validity and ensure you have enough time remaining on your passport prior to travel. (There have been significant changes for UK guests travelling to Europe since Brexit, so please ensure you are not caught out by these new regulations, as most travel insurers will not cover your trip for these reasons). Please don’t rely on the expiry date printed on your passport, as the expiry date on your passport may be inaccurate. Further details may be available on the .gov website for travel and passport validity.
We are not a Silent Retreat
Juicy Mountain, although a peaceful haven in all, cannot always offer a totally quiet space. This is due to the proximity of all the guests and rooms and the retreat having just one common space. We respect that some guests will be joining us for some rest, quiet and peaceful time out. There are several spaces around the retreat where this can be found. However, we cannot guarantee the noise levels from any of the rooms being contained. We have no soundproofed accommodations at the retreat.
Guests will be joining us from all backgrounds and have booked to explore and experience their own journey. We will do our best to make it as much a comfortable stay for all, but we cannot guarantee containing sounds from the evening documentary viewings, the guests socialising in communal areas and for music played and talks during classes and activities.
Please note, we are not a silent retreat and although we appreciate and encourage calm and quiet times, we cannot restrict guests and evening TV viewing noise levels. For light sleepers, we would advise bringing ear plugs just in case. Or please secure accommodations in possibly quieter area’s at the time of booking.

You will not be refunded for the transfer or any time missed at the retreat. Please bring a sleeping bag* ear plugs, eye mask and any other essentials you may need. All juices, smoothies, shots, supplements and all activities will be included for all tent guests during the week. We cannot be held responsible for the weather and clearly if the weather is wet and windy or too hot this may effect your enjoyment of the retreat experience. However Juice Master is not in any way liable for this and it is completely your decision to book to stay in a tent and take your chances with the weather.
*The hot water bottle & sleeping bags are only recommended for April, Sept and October months as the evenings are sometimes cooler then.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your ‘room share’ including but not limited to: clash of personalities; disagreements; snoring; other annoying habits etc, Juice Master cannot be held responsible. Juicy Mountain is for most of the year sold out, so unfortunately if an altercation arises, there are no other rooms available, so we will be unable to move you.
* Room (twin and triple) and tent share (twin) accommodation with an unknown guest is not possible at this time due to the Covid-19 safety regulations. Currently, guests may only book shared accommodations if travelling to the retreat with someone they know. Guests joining us on their own will otherwise need to book the room or tent for single occupancy.
As and when the safety regulations change to allow unknown guests to room/tent share, we will of course revert to allowing room shares between unknown guests.

Items Forgotten at the Retreat

All information provided on the website and any written and verbal form of correspondence is correct at the time of publication. However, due to mechanical faults, weather conditions, or what insurers call ‘Acts of God’, some amenities may be temporarily unavailable. Very occasionally, we may have to vary the advertised programme due to staff sickness or other unforeseen problems, in which case we will always try to provide an equivalent replacement. This may not always be possible. For example, if our Yoga Instructor becomes unwell on day 3 of the retreat, it is likely that it will be too short notice to find another and Yoga may well be cancelled for the whole week. This is extremely rare, but could happen. The same applies to any of the activities. Please note we rebound outside, so if the heavens open, rebounding will be cancelled. Clearly we will always do our level best to make sure all activities go ahead if possible. We would also like to point out that the Juice Master team can change at any time and although we will always endeavour to have a suitable replacement there will be no compensation for the change in team member.
Juice Master will not accept liability for:
Any of the above events, or others beyond our control.
